Equipo para recubrimiento y reconstitución de piezas metálicas nuevas y con desgaste. Es un proceso de proyección de dos alambres que se funden en un arco eléctrico, el material fundido se pulveriza mediante el aire comprimido, siendo proyectado sobre una pieza debidamente preparada formando un depósito o recubrimiento.
Los alambres energizados, uno positivo y el otro negativo, convergen en la punta de la pistola generándose un cortocircuito a una temperatura aproximada de 5.000°C siendo pulverizado y proyectado por el aire comprimido a una velocidad aproximada de 100 metros por segundo
Ventajas:

El proceso de pulverización de arco es proceso de pulverización térmica que tiene las mayores tasas de pulverización y costos de funcionamiento más bajos.

Descripción
El alambre tubular 501 FCW es un alambre con núcleo de hierro-níquel-aluminio-molibdeno, diseñado específicamente para el proceso de proyección por arco de doble alambre (Twin Wire Arc Spray).
Los recubrimientos obtenidos son autoadherentes a la mayoría de las superficies metálicas, incluyendo algunas aleaciones base cobre. Se pueden alcanzar resistencias de adhesión superiores a 60 MPa

Descripción

Aplicaciones como revestimientos de partes y piezas en general, estructuras metálicas, tuberías, aplicaciones anticorrosión en el mar o en tierra. Puede ser utilizado como Primer para superficies pintadas. Protección catódica en estructuras de hormigón.

<p>Equipo para recubrimiento y reconstitución de piezas metálicas nuevas y con desgaste. Es un proceso de proyección de dos alambres que se funden en un arco eléctrico, el material fundido se pulveriza mediante el aire comprimido, siendo proyectado sobre una pieza debidamente preparada formando un depósito o recubrimiento.</p>
<p>Los alambres energizados, uno positivo y el otro negativo, convergen en la punta de la pistola generándose un cortocircuito a una temperatura aproximada de 5.000°C siendo pulverizado y proyectado por el aire comprimido a una velocidad aproximada de 100 metros por segundo</p>
