BoroTec 10009
Descripción
Es un polvo de aleación a base de níquel, multicomponente, utilizado para producir recubrimientos duros y de baja fricción destinados al control del desgaste o la corrosión. Su composición, basada en la norma AMS 4775C, junto con un tamaño de partícula preciso, asegura una deposición, fusión y dureza consistentes. Se trata de un polvo de proceso en caliente, diseñado para ser aplicado y fundido mediante el proceso de proyección térmica Eutalloy.
Aplicaciones
Está indicado para aplicaciones en superficies de aceros, aceros inoxidables, hierros fundidos y aleaciones a base de níquel que estén expuestas a abrasión, desgaste metal-metal o, en algunos casos, corrosión.

BronzoChrom 10185
Descripción
Aleación Ni-B-Si / 1200 ºF (650 ºC) Dureza aproximada: ~42 HRc. Muy adecuado para condiciones de fricción metal con metal. Excelente resistencia a la corrosión. Mecanizable con herramienta de corte.
Aplicaciones:
Recubrimiento de moldes de hierro fundido y acero para materiales plásticos y vidrio. Recuperación de ejes, excéntricos y cojinetes.
Aleación Ni-B-Si / 1200 ºF (650 ºC) Dureza aproximada: ~95 HRb. Buena resistencia a los choques y a la oxidación en caliente. Aleación a base de níquel con alta resistencia al corte, utilizada para recubrimiento, unión y sellado de aceros, aceros inoxidables y metales base níquel. Los recubrimientos presentan alta capacidad de aporte. Mecanizable con herramienta de corte.
Aplicaciones:
Reparación de engranajes, asientos de válvulas de hierro fundido, moldes, chaveteros y alojamientos de cojinetes. Corrección de defectos de fundición. Recuperación de herramientas de embutido. Rectificación de errores de mecanizado.
Uso para reparación de aceros al carbono, inoxidable, fundición y aleaciones de níquel. No aceros tratados térmicamente. Excelente ductilidad, grandes espesores, difícil alivio de tensiones. Alta resistencia al impacto, tracción, fricción metal-metal, oxidación con altas temperaturas.
Aplicaciones
Aplicaciones como patrones, embragues, engranajes, horquillas, bujes, guías, calas y ganchos.
Aleación Ni-Cr-B-Si-Fe y carburo de tungsteno / 1020 ºF (550 ºC) Dureza aproximada: ~64 HRc. 60% carburos de tungsteno. Presenta excelente resistencia a la erosión y a la abrasión por abrasivos de tamaño fino a grueso. Ensayo de desgaste ASTM G65: pérdida de 12 mm³.
Aplicaciones:
recubrimiento de piezas de máquinas utilizadas en el transporte, manipulación y procesamiento de minerales, tales como: tornillos transportadores, mezcladores de arcilla, matrices, segmentos, raspadores, impulsores de turbinas, impulsores de ventiladores, tornillos de bombas, entre otros.
Uso como recubrimiento Ferroso y no ferroso,. Alta resistencia a la abrasión, corrosión y erosión. Aplicación en anillos, sellos, ejes de la bombas y aspas de ventilador.

No impacto Ejes de bombas, boquillas de crisoles de fundición, mango de ejes de motores eléctricos donde se requiere aislación de corrientes parásitas, sellos de bomba y impulsores.
